How to choose the right gift level?
As you are considering the support options, ask yourselves several important questions:
* Based on my personal financial standing, which gift level is right for me?
* What options I have to support New Symphony Orchestra?
* How can my gift be addressed to a specific interest I have in New Symphony Orchestra?
* What recognition does the gift for New Symphony Orchestra carry?
* How can I bring about a lasting effect on the culture institution I love?
* What do I get as I give?
Major privileges
* Holder of a club card and status of VIP guest at all Orchestra concerts – has a seat in the VIP area of the concert hall, with the added advantage of being able to buy tickets for friends and guests in the same area.
* A glass of wine in the intermission – served in the VIP area. Any guests accompanying you are welcome to join you.
* Regular communication from the Orchestra with information on the concert program and other events in the life of the Orchestra.
* Your name features on the program for each concert (in the respective support level) and in other Orchestra advertisement materials.
Special privileges
Friend of the Orchestra (200 – 499 BGN)
As Annual Fund Member of the level you support each one of the musicians of the Orchestra and you receive the main privileges – status of a special guest for all the events of the Orchestra, special seat in the concert hall for a concert, regular communication from the Orchestra, glass of wine in the intermission
Principal level (500 – 899 BGN)
As Annual Fund Member of that level you support the principal players of the Orchestra and you receive the main privileges – status of a special guest for all the events of the Orchestra, special seat in the concert hall for a concert, regular communication from the Orchestra, glass of wine in the intermission.
In addition you receive a special permanent seat in the hall for all concerts during the season.
Supporters of the concertmaster (900 – 2 499 BGN)
As Annual Fund Member of that level you support the principal players of the Orchestra and you receive the main privileges – status of a special guest for all the events of the Orchestra, special seat in the concert hall for a concert, regular communication from the Orchestra, glass of wine in the intermission.
In addition you receive two special permanent seats in the hall for all concerts during the season and two extra seats for one of the concerts of the orchestra, which you can make as a gift to your relatives on a special occasion.
Admirers of the Maestro (2 500 – 3 999 BGN)
As Annual Fund Member of that level you support the conductors of the Orchestra and you receive the main privileges – status of a special guest for all the events of the Orchestra, special seat in the concert hall for a concert, regular communication from the Orchestra, glass of wine in the intermission.
In addition you receive two special permanent seats in the hall for all concerts during the season and two extra seats for one of the concerts of the orchestra, which you can make as a gift to your partners on a special occasion, plus one of the following privileges:
– eight special permanent seats in the hall during the season;
– black-and-white advertisement box in the concert program and two special seats in the hall;
– full-coloured page in the concert program of a concert of your choice during the season.
Special donors – Silver circle (4 000 – 6 999 BGN)
As Annual Fund Member of that level you support all the levels of the institution. You receive the main privileges – status of a special guest for all the events of the Orchestra, special seat in the concert hall for a concert, regular communication from the Orchestra, glass of wine in the intermission.
In addition you receive two special permanent seats in the hall for all concerts during the season and two extra seats for one of the concerts of the orchestra, which you can make as a gift to your partners on a special occasion, plus one of the following privileges:
– full-coloured page in the concert program;
– performance of string quartet at some of your special events during the season plus two special seats in the concert hall.
Special donors – Golden circle (7 000 – 11 999 BGN)
As Annual Fund Member of that level you invest in the future of the Orchestra and in the cultural life of Bulgaria. You receive the main privileges – status of a special guest for all the events of the Orchestra, special seat in the concert hall for a concert, regular communication from the Orchestra, glass of wine in the intermission.
In addition you receive four special permanent seats in the hall for all concerts during the season and full-coloured page in the concert program, plus one of the following privileges:
– performance of string quartet at some of your special events during the season plus two special seats in the concert hall;
– four extra special seats for the hall season.
Special donors – Platinum circle (12 000 – 24 999 BGN)
As Annual Fund Member of that level you invest in the future of the Orchestra and permanently bind your image with the image of one cultural institution.
You receive the main privileges – status of a special guest for all the events of the Orchestra, special seat in the concert hall for a concert, regular communication from the Orchestra, glass of wine in the intermission.
In addition you receive the following privileges:
– full-coloured page in the concert program;
– performance of string quartet at some of your special events during the season plus two special seats in the concert hall;
– the right of commercial on our CDs and DVDs;
– statute of corporate sponsor at the Orchestra gala and 50 invitations for the concert;
– extra advertising space in the VIP Zone of the Lobby hall;
– logo on each poster for the season symphony concerts.
I HAVE ALREADY DECIDED TO GIVE MY SUPPORT – WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
Consider your personal finances – plan your contributions so as not to disrupt your budget. In case you chose the individual or family contributions, consult your family / friends. By filling out the order form you join the Orchestra Society, you can take advantage of the privileges it carries and we can plan your future activity. Make your decision one of the most gratifying things you have ever done. Address your gift to those aspects of the Orchestra’s activity that bring you benefit – it means addressing them to yourself. Address your gift to where it is most needed. Your gift has a lasting impact on New Symphony Orchestra, on the development of the young musicians and your place in this space. He will also tell you that:
* If you don’t use your seats for a given concert, you can 1/ give them as a gift to your friends or relatives, or 2/ give them back to us to try to sell them – don’t forget that your seat costs 25 BGN and if we manage to sell them, your gift to the Orchestra will increase.
* You can increase your gift without giving more money: convince your company/organization/institution to join the Annual Fund by making a matching gift.
* Participation in the Annual Fund can be your gift to a friend, a family member and business partner.
* You can dedicate your participation to a person.
* Make your children members of the Annual Fund – teach them the virtue of being art patrons.
